Job Vacancies

WRI has an extremely wide remit and many different projects underway continuously. We are looking to fill a number of roles on a temporary basis with the potential for long-term employment dependent on circumstances. These roles will perform a variety of tasks to support managers to carry out the day-to-day activities of the Hospital.

Wildlife Rehabilitation Ireland
WRI [www.wri.ie] is a not-for-profit NGO established in 2010 working for the general advancement of wildlife protection and rehabilitation in Ireland. It is a registered charity and private company limited by guarantee.
WRI promotes and encourages best practices and sets high ethical standards for the rescue and rehabilitation of wildlife. We operate as a data collection point for records of wildlife casualties, uniting Ireland with the International wildlife rehabilitation community and offering wildlife educational events to all interested in Ireland’s wildlife.

As Covid-19 was the catalyst for the emergency creation of WRI’s Wildlife Hospital, we are temporarily using stables and a barn to house the animals while concurrently seeking to build the planned long term Wildlife Hospital and Visitor Centre.
